Product Returns
Product returns are accepted within 14 days. You will contact us to explain the reason for the return. The products must be in excellent condition and their packaging must not have been damaged. Must be accompanied by proof of retail sale. If your invoice was cut, you must issue us a return shipping note. Your money will be refunded or if you wish you will be issued a credit invoice. In case of product return you will be charged the shipping costs. In case of damage to the products during transport, you must report it to dekametono.com within 24 hours.
